Options for creating DatePicker.

integer elements (optional)
A bit array of elements to display, default is DatePicker.elementYearMonthDay.
boolean hasstepper (optional)
Whether to show a stepper in the text field, default is true.
Note that only certain platforms with certain elements can show stepper.
